Race Across America (RAAM) 2015

League member Davie Timmins has signed up for the above event as part of a team of serving soldiers and veterans. Three of the team, including Davie, were part of the Felix End2End team that cycled from Lands End to John O’Groats in 2010 to raise funds for BLESMA. This team subsequently received the inaugural BLESMA fund raising endeavour award having raised in excess of £42,000.
The RAAM provides a further opportunity to raise much needed funds for BLESMA life long support of wounded service personnel. The Virgin Money Giving website hosts the teams webpage where members may wish to support the team by sponsoring them for this event.
