Annual General Meeting 2018

With the kind permission of the Constable and Governor of Windsor Castle, the annual general meeting will be held at Windsor Castle on Saturday 14th April 2018. The meeting will commence at 1030 hours in the Rampart Rooms at Middle Ward.
Admiral Sir James Perowne has also invited members and their wives/partners attending the AGM to join him and his wife for refreshments in their residence in Norman Tower from 0930. All members are welcome to attend and participate in the meeting and to help shape the future of the League, please come along and support your committee.
The agenda will be distributed shortly. Should you wish to attend, it is essential for security reasons that you give notice to the Secretary of your attendance. In light of recent events, entry in Royal Palaces requires you to provide your full names, date and place of birth, name at birth if different, and UK Address. We are also advised that on the day, members will need to bring photo ID and a utility bill with their address on it. Please submit your name to our Secretary (Sally McBean) if you are planning to attend and then we can tie down the security access plan.
Despite these minor restrictions please make an effort to meet up for the AGM. As usual we will book a table for lunch in the Harte and Garter hotel for those who wish to loiter afterwards.
